Course Modules
This level consists of six modules that provide a comprehensive understanding of applied accounting practices and business decision-making.
Module (1) Corporate and Business Law (LW)
Introduces legal principles relevant to business, including contract law, company law, and corporate governance frameworks.
Module (2) Performance Management (PM)
Focuses on management accounting techniques such as standard costing, variance analysis, and decision-making under risk and uncertainty.
Module (3) Taxation (TX)
Provides an understanding of the principles of taxation, including income tax, corporate tax, VAT, and their application in business contexts.
Module (4) Financial Reporting (FR)
Develops advanced knowledge in preparing and interpreting financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Module (5) Audit and Assurance (AA)
Explains auditing principles, processes, and techniques, emphasizing risk assessment, internal controls, and reporting practices.
Module (6) Financial Management (FM)
Equips students with skills in investment appraisal, working capital management, business finance, and risk management strategies.
